I’m 17 and i’ve had this problem for around 5 years now. My nose seems to be extremely sensitive. I still suffer from spots and pimples, but my nose is always red. It seems to become even worse in the cold or if i touch it too much. I don’t think it’s Rosacea, but i’m not sure.
It also gets quite oily with blackheads
Anyone have any ideas/tips?

When choosing rolled oats (the breakfast cereal kind) for the following treatments, make sure to check the ingredients. There are plenty of popular brands available that are nothing but rolled oats, as they should be. Don’t get the quick-cook or flavored versions.
