i have had rosacea around the outer rings of my nose for 3 years and i think its spreading so i want to cure it asap ! are there any natural remedies, pills, foods, etc. i can take to help cure this ? if not any doctor prescribed topical creams or oral pills i can take ? please help ( :

Dip a towel in cold coffee or tea (make sure they are NOT decaffeinated) and put it on your face.
