The rosacea is on her nostrils and just around that area. She always has allergies and colds. How can she get rid of the rosacea?

Is she sure that it is rosacea ? just having a red-ish nose when you have a cold is not enough.

Most doctors will be able to diagnose if it is indeed rosacea - are there papules or pustules or visible broken blood vessels for eg. You do need a doctor to make sure you are on the right track to start with.
