i bought clearasil …
i bought clearasil vanishing acne treatment,and it has 10%benzoyl peroxide, i put it at night after cleansing moisterizing,and using oil free acne wash,then i waited like 10 min.and used the benzoyl peroxide,in the morning i had part of my face red like a rash.what did i do wrong?was i only supposed to use a moisterizer,or just put a little benzoyl peroxide?

dont use it all …
dont use it all over, just use it as a spot treatment cream. also make sure you moisturize day and night, at night you can use a richer cream.

You apply it where …
You apply it where your prone to break out, so if you break out on your chin use it all over your chin.
You can use it as a treatment on individual spots if you want but by putting it everywhere that spots may occur (even if you dont have any there at the moment) it prevents spots from forming.

I think benzoyl peroxide really kills the bacteria and really does the job. Salicylic acid just opens your pores and slowly kills dead skin cells, but it doesn’t do what benzoyl does.

You can get OXY which contains 5% BP if you get the sensitive kind or 10% depending on which bottle you buy =D and if you dont feel like spending 10 dollars for facial wash you can buy Clear Pore by Neutrogena it has 2.5% BP

Yes I do and during the day I use it every other 1 or 2 days so my skin can heal from drying, during the day I wear white or grey shirts cause it wear dye (bleach) your colths, (put a lot on at night!)
